Terms of service

  • Upon commissioning a custom binder, A linked invoice will be sent of the initial 50$ USD down payment. This is nonrefundable.
  • I will notify you when I start on the artwork of your commission. However, keep in mind on which slot you hold, as each slot prior to yours will take around 1-2 weeks to finish. I will notify you if there is a delay on my end.
  • I may charge more if the commission takes more time and work, as pricing of the artwork scales off of complexity. I will let you know about it during the commission process.
  • Once I send you the first update, only a half-refund is available. Past that stage, there will be no refunds.
  • Unless specified otherwise, I maintain creative license over the illustrations created and maintain the right to post them for advertising or my portfolio, without names included.
  • Never claim my art as your own. When crediting, always use "GammaByte", "C-Tama"  or link my instagram page. 
  • Do not give resell my binders to other people unless it is considered a collaboration design or with my permission. 
  • I maintain the right to deny your commission for any reason. Please keep in mind, I do not do NSFW commissions, and there are no exceptions to this rule.
