Terms of service

  • When commissioning a custom binder, you will receive a linked invoice for a nonrefundable initial down payment of $50 USD. 
  • I will inform you when I begin working on the artwork for your commission. Please keep in mind your position in the queue, as each slot ahead of yours will take approximately 1-2 weeks to complete. If there are any delays on my part, I will notify you.
  • Please be aware that I may charge more if the commission requires additional time and effort, as pricing varies with the complexity of the artwork. I will communicate any changes in pricing during the commission process.
  • Unless specified otherwise, I retain creative rights over the illustrations I create and maintain the right to share them for advertising or within my portfolio, without including your name.
  • It is important that you do not claim my art as your own. When giving credit, please use “GammaByte,” “C-Tama,” or link to my Instagram page.
  • Do not resell my binders to others unless it is a collaborative design or you have my permission.
  • I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason. Please note that I do not accept NSFW commissions, and there are no exceptions to this rule.
