There will be three stages within my workflow cycle, that being - priority/collaboration projects, custom commissions, and restocking. Each stage may take a month to complete, depending on how heavy the requests are. I will reach out to those within the priority queue, or vice versa once my cycle enters that stage. As for custom commissions, I will only open five slots at a time. There will be an announcement post on my Instagram page a day before when I plan to open it, along with the specific time as it will be on the first come first serve basis. A google form link will be posted at the forementioned time and date, and I will accept the first five completed forms. Any requests past the limit will be denied and closed, requiring you to wait for the next time it opens. I hand-make everything myself along with the art, so please understand that the reason for limiting the commission slots is to prevent burnout! Thank you so much for understanding!
When the google doc opens, there will be several quick questions to fill out. One main part is your Instagram and personal name, as I only use Instagram as a method of commission contacting at the moment. Once submitted, I will reach out to you for more specific information, such as references, specific binder type, binder spine details, deadline, and whether or not the art is meant to be personal or if it may be used for merchandise on my end. Currently, I only hold VaultX 12-Slot black colored binders. If you want a different binder, link me what you want and I will purchase it for you. The amount spent will then be added unto the commissions' total!
Please keep in mind, I will only accept single binder commissions at the moment - meaning you can only request one custom binder per request.
- After getting all the information I need, I'll ask for an initial $50 USD down payment of the base price before I begin. The rest of the total will be requested later down in the line, as it will vary depending on the complexity of the artwork. This down-payment is non-refundable!
- As mentioned above, I only have VaultX 12-Slot black binders available. If you want a different color or binder brand, link me the specific one you're looking for, and I'll buy it for you! Once it arrives, I will reach out again, and begin the process of artwork. Keep in mind, I will be working based off of the order in which the forms are submitted. I will notify you that your binder has arrived, and once I am ready to start on your artwork, I will let you know! The wait time between each commissions will vary depending on complexity, and whether or not only one cover is designed, or both. The rough estimation will be somewhere between 1-2 weeks.
- During the process, I will be sending you frequent updates including screenshots of the artwork. Do keep in mind, that you are free to request edits! However, after the art is considered complete, any further edit requests will have an additional fee.
- Once your artwork commission is done, I will begin on the next request. I will only start manufacturing the binders once ALL commission artworks are completed, as shipping prices will start racking up if I made orders for every individual commission... A picture of the binder will be sent upon it's completion, as I'll then request the final half of the payment. Shipping prices will be included - as once it's sent, I will ask for your shipping address. I will be recycling the packaging used for the binder, so do notice that if it seems to be already opened, it is due to the fact I needed to unpackage the binder to work on it!
- Currently, I only accept Paypal, but other methods will be available in the future!
Please keep in mind that I may take a week or two to start and finish on your commission, depending on my schedule. If anything does come up that would cause delays, I will make sure to let you know.
I do offer a rush fee to place you at the front of the queue. If you need your commission done by a certain date, please state that clearly in your request.
